Informativa sulle spedizioni

I termini di consegna convenuti si intendono sempre puramente indicativi eventuali ritardi causati da qualsiasi motivo, non daranno diritto al committente a nessun indennizzo, l'annullamento di un ordine richiesto dal cliente che dovrà essere fatto per iscritto, sarà eventualmente concesso a nostra descrizione e comunque mai dopo la consegna. La consegna si intende avvenuta dal momento in cui la merce viene affidata al vettore.

 

The agreed delivery times are always to be considered purely indicative. Any delays, for whatever reason, will not entitle the customer to any compensation. Cancellation of an order requested by the customer must be made in writing, may be granted at our discretion, and in any case never after delivery. Delivery is deemed to have taken place from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.
